The purpose of this model is to optimize workforce planning to be in line with the $1B revenue goal of the company. Applying advanced Excel functions, presented baseline gross and net revenue, introduced strategies based on key performance indicators and each impact on gross/revenue. Recommended combined strategies generated $1.1 Billion in Gross Revenue (12% over goal) and $879k in Net Revenue (17% over goal).

Created data modeling and visualization through the use of advanced Excel functions and created strategies based on key performance indicators and presented each impact on gross/revenue. Combined strategies recommended generated Net Revenue Growth of 28% and expansion to 4 additional branches.
Thinkful - Capstone Case Study 1 Lariat Car Rental Revenue Projections

Created statistical analysis using Excel advanced features for mortgage back securities investors to determine what factors drive up home prices. Recommendation 1 is to invest in houses with Poured Concrete foundation where sales price is $67k to $83k higher than Cinderblock foundation houses. Recommendation 2 is to invest in houses with Excellent and Good Kitchen types where sales price is $83k to $97k higher than houses with Average and Fair kitchen types.
